Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Roof Replacement – Elsie Miles Annex Facility as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
 The existing SBS roofing assembly on the Elsie Miles Annex Facility needs to be replaced. Refer to the Specifications and Drawings in Appendix F for details.
The CVRD is hosting a non-mandatory, pre-bid, site meeting on December 6th at 11:00 a.m. To attend please pre-register by email to purchasing@cvrd.bc.ca
