Guidelines For Proposals for the Province of In-Facility Food Service
Real Property Division (RPD) requires a food service operator (the Operator) at the iconic Vancouver Courthouse located at 222 Main Street, Vancouver, BC. With over a million visitors annually, the Vancouver Courthouse is the highest-visited courthouse in the Province. Specifically, RPD is looking for a restaurateur that provides a consistently reliable operation, providing a variety of menu options. While reliability of operations is a key driver for RPD, we’re committed to getting staff and members of the public access to high-quality great-tasting options, potentially including seasonal menu items or “daily specials”. As noted in the evaluation criteria below, proposals including innovative partnerships/joint operations will be considered. The approximate size of the food service area is 2,309 square feet.
