Description
BCLC did not call for supplier proposals for this contract. After careful research and consideration, it is believed that Franklin Covey offers a unique solution and value proposition in the marketplace and is the only supplier capable of meeting the specific requirements and capabilities of this engagement. If other potential suppliers come forward within 10 business days from the posting date of this Notice of Intent (the “NOI”) with a statement of capabilities that meets or exceeds the requirements presented in this NOI, BCLC may proceed with a public process to source this opportunity.
BCLC uses Bonfire for all documents and submissions. Respondants are invited to refer to the Bonfire portal: https//bonfirehub.ca/projects. Registrtaion is free.
