Notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Attorney General is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Tologix Expert Systems (dba Investor-State Law Guide) (the “Supplier”).
The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.
The Supplier will provide an online systematic way of researching investor-state tribunal decisions across various international trade agreements and bilateral investment treaties. This research tool allows users to search by treaty provision (e.g. NAFTA Article 1105 or CPTPP Article 9.6), subject matter (e.g. minimum standard of treatment), and note up cases (e.g. see if other tribunals that have cited a specific passage).
