Description
The Commission is seeking a Consultant to assist the Commission in determining the price caps for Performance Term 7 (“PT7”), a four-year period which runs from April 1, 2028, to March 31, 2032. The scope of the engagement has two parts:
Part I (September 8, 2026 – March 31, 2027): Undertake a review of BC Ferries’ PT7 submission, assumptions and forecasts to assist the Commission in setting the preliminary price caps for PT7.
Part II (April 1, 2027 – September 30, 2027): Assist the Commission with financial modelling and sensitivity analyses to determine the final price caps for PT7.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s).
