Please Note: This work is being advertised outside of the recently established qualified vendor list resulting from MULRFQ CS24DSN025 Fuel Management Prescriptions as the scope of this project is significantly different than other Fuel Management Prescription projects that will be required in DSN (due to the overlap with Rubyrock Lake Provincial Park).
The Ministry of Forests, Stuart Nechako Forest District and the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, BC Parks Omineca Peace Region invites interested Suppliers experienced in Fuel Management Prescription Development and field layout to submit a proposal for the Yekooche & Rubyrock Lake Provincial Park Fuel Management Prescription Development project.
The successful proponent will develop and submit two (2) site-level fuel management prescriptions.
One (1) prescription will be developed for unoccupied provincial crown land, following the Ministry's Fuel Management Prescription Guidance, Template, and other Tools for Fuel Management located on the BC Wildfire Service Tools for Fuel Management website.
One (1) prescription will be for provincial crown land that falls within Rubyrock Lake Provincial Park, following the Ministry’s BC Parks Prescription Guidance, Template, and other Tools for Fuel Management located on the BC Wildfire Service Tools for Fuel Management website.
The Ministry may post any addendum to this notice on the BC Bid website. Respondents are solely responsible to continually monitor BC Bid on an ongoing basis to keep themselves informed of any amendments or addenda. If a supplier is subscribed to e-Bidding, or has clicked the Start Submission button, the contact will receive notification that an amendment has been issued. Refer to BC Bid’s Supplier Guide for more information.
