Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to secure Proposals from qualified Suppliers for Hanging Basket Watering and Maintenance. The work includes the care and maintenance of Felt and Hard Hanging baskets and Planters, which requires consistent watering, weeding, and fertilizing to ensure hanging baskets and planters remain alive and beautiful throughout the growing season.This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5.
