Description
The Province of British Column (B.C.) is seeking an experienced consulting firm (the contractor) to develop a new guideline - “Guidelines for Natural and Nature-Based Flood Infrastructure in B.C.”. This provincial guideline will be used by Indigenous communities, diking authorities, local governments, consulting professionals and regulators to plan, design, and construct natural and nature-based (i.e., green) flood infrastructures and green-grey flood infrastructures. The contractor is expected to review the relevant literature (listed in the GSA Schedule A – Services and gathered by the Contractor through thorough research) and create guidelines using current Best Management Practice standards. Where applicable, replace outdated guideline information and add new content as necessary based on the contractor’s experience and expertise.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 3 month(s).
