E172-00RFP Lions Gate Hospital Angiography Equipment Replacement

Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (the “Authority”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in
Appendix ‘A’ to this RFP (the “Services”) with respect to Lions Gate Hospital Angiography Equipment Replacement (the “Project”).

The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting
services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a RCDD Consultant and Environmental Consultant (if required).
Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include: Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, and Code.
