Description
The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor.
Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical. More information about the Project and the Services is set out in Appendix ‘A’.
2 - Only Architectural firms that are prequalified for Acute Care Projects > 150K are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for Acute Care Projects > 150K.
3 - The Authority has made arrangements for site visits for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals. Attendance at the site visits is optional but highly encouraged. The date and time of site visit is as noted below:
