Description
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the selection of General Contractor for the E807-00TENDER VCHA Raven Song CHC Supply Rooms Renovation. The project is for the Refurbishment of various departments within the Raven Song Community Health Centre. The areas include: The refurbishment of existing medication room, exam rooms, medical supply spaces and create a new space for specimen collection and screening. The project work includes, removal of existing fixtures and fittings, form new door opening to room 306, new and modification of millwork, decoration, mechanical, new shelving, and minor refurbishment. The work will be carried out primarily during working hours with some OT expected for drainage work. Careful co-ordination, with staff and other users will be expected during the construction process.
