Description
The BCTS Stuart Nechako Engineering team is responsible for conducting grass seeding on all FSR/Road Permit roads/block roads that have a moderate, high, or very high ranking for invasive plants. This information can be found in the block or road SP.
As per the FSP – the following time frames apply:
Extremely High Risk – Seeding must take place within 6 months of completion of primary forest activities.
High Risk - Seeding must take place within 1 year of completion of primary forest activities.
Moderate Risk - Seeding must take place within 2 years of completion of primary forest activities.

Deadline for receiving questions is 10:00 am on May 20, 2026. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid on May 21, 2026, by 2:00 pm.
Tender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package.
If your bid deposit is in the form of cash, money order, certified cheque or bank draft, you will not be able to e-bid. See allowable submission delivery method(s) above. Also see Conditions of Tender for acceptable bid securities.
The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
Unverified bid results will be posted to BC Bid after tender opening and once awarded the contract award results will be available on BC Bid.
