01MAR23: This tender includes the supply and installation of materials and labor to complete the following project located at Rosebery provincial Park Campground, near new Denver BC. In general the work consists of the following:
The successful Proponent will operate in the role of Prime Contractor. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
The worksite must be fully fenced from the commencement of works until Total Completion is achieved.
A site meeting will not be held, Proponents are to familiarize themselves with the location of the work prior submission. Proponents are to verify the alignment and orientation all components onsite with the Ministry Representative after award of Contract and prior to installing materials.

- Materials and labor required for the Installation of Owner supplied playground at Rosebery Provincial Park Campground. the Contractor will be responsible for loading and transportation of playground from Kokanee Creek Provincial Park Storage Facility.
- Supply and installation of engineered wood fiber playground surfacing, this includes the supply and installation of double course of 8x8 cedar around the perimeter and geofabric under
- Supply and Installation of compacted gravel perimeter and access pedestrian trails
- Supply and installation of cedar split 2-rail fencing around play space
- Installation of owner supplied bike rack
- Supply and installation of 4- 48”x48”x3” rubber mats for under the wood surfacing at the outflow of the slides
- The Contractor at their expense is to provide an inspection from a CPRA Certified Canadian playground Inspector. This individual will provide a letter stating that the installation meets the CSA Z614-07 requirements.
- Soil will not need to be exported from site for the excavation and civil works
