Toilet Buildings and Parking Lot Upgrades
This tender includes installation of toilet buildings at Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park, Twin Bays Parking Lot and Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park, Myra Parking Lot, and parking lot upgrades at Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park, Twin Bays Parking Lot.
Works within Myra Bellevue Park to begin Spring 2024, and all remaining works completed in Fall 2024.
In general, the work consists of the following:

This tender includes installation of toilet buildings at Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park, Twin Bays Parking Lot and Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park, Myra Parking Lot, and parking lot upgrades at Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park, Twin Bays Parking Lot.
Works within Myra Bellevue Park to begin Spring 2024, and all remaining works completed in Fall 2024.
In general, the work consists of the following:
- Toilet Buildings (Spring 2024 Work)
- Clearing and grubbing, topsoil stripping and stockpiling
- Decommissioning of one (1) pit toilet at Twin Bays Parking Lot
- Installation of two (2) Owner supplied pre-cast concrete toilet buildings and tanks at Twin Bays Parking Lot
- Removal of one (1) toilet building at Juniper Bay beach area.
- Supply and installation of one (1) lock joint toilet building at Juniper Bay beach area
- Installation of two (2) Owner supplied pre-cast concrete toilet buildings and tanks at Myra Parking Lot
- Gravel trails and pads, topsoil spreading and seeding
- Parking Lot Upgrades (Fall 2024 Work)
- Clearing and grubbing, topsoil stripping and stockpiling, concrete barrier relocation
- 12 m3 common excavation and on-site re-use
- 370 m3 common excavation and off-site disposal
- 240 m2 75mm Sub-base, 300mm thickness
- 200 m2 25mm Base, 150mm thickness
- Culvert extension, traffic signage, topsoil spreading and seeding
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s).
