“Tender for Gatehouse Finishing at McDonald Creek Provincial Park, ENV25-BCPKO-03” WILL BE RECEIVED UNTIL 2:00 PM Mountain Time, (1pm PT) March 7, 2024, at the Ministry of Environment, Parks & Protected Areas Division, Kootenay Okanagan Region, 205 Industrial Road G, Cranbrook, BC, V1C 7G5.
This tender includes the interior and exterior finishing of the gatehouse including partition wall,
desk/counter, electrical work, flooring, trim and millwork of the recently completed cedar building.
In general, the work consists of the following:
· Partition wall construction
· Underground electrical feed
· Lighting, and electrical baseboard heat
· Vinyl plank flooring
· Desk/Counter construction
· Trim and millwork
· Staining of completed millwork
· Staining of building interior
· Supply and install bicycle rack
· Install Owner Supplied Food Cache
Tenders must be accompanied with a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total Tendered Price.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
A site meeting will not be held for this project, however the park is accessible and interested bidders
are welcome to conduct their own site visit. Enquires will not be answered after February 29, 2024.
