“Tender for Gatehouse Paving at McDonald Creek Provincial Park, ENV25BCPKO-11”
WILL BE RECEIVED UNTIL 2:00 PM Mountain Time, March 28, 2024, at the Ministry of
Environment and Climate Change Strategy, 205 Industrial Road G, Cranbrook, BC, V1C 7G5.
This tender includes the supply and placement of asphalt pavement fronting the new gatehouse at
McDonald Creek Provincial Park Campground. In general, the work consists of the following:
· Reshaping and compaction of 250m2 of existing gravel surface
· Supply and placement of 210m2 of asphalt pavement at 50mm thickness (3.5m wide)
· Grading and compaction of gravel shoulders
Tenders must be accompanied with a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total Tendered Price.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
A site meeting will not be held.
