Description
Kekuli Bay Park is located off Highway 97, 11km. south of Vernon. The park is situated on a beautiful bay on the west side of Kalamalka Lake, a destination for waterskiing and boating.
This park offers vehicle-accessible campsites including four large double sites. The campsites are arranged in three terraced loops to give all sites an unobstructed view of the lake. The sites have large gravel pads great for big RVs. Irrigated lawn landscaped with young trees and a variety of shrubs separates the sites. There is natural vegetation between the different terraces.
Water Upgrades
o 110m of 25mm PE water service piping
o 75m of 50mm PE water service piping
o Connections at the main and toilet buildings
o Decommissioning old water service piping
o Restoration work
Road Upgrades
o Sawcut and remove failing asphalt and road structure
o 1520 m2 of 75mm Sub-base, 300mm thickness
o 1400 m2 of 25mm Base, 100mm thickness
o 960 m2 of Hot Mix asphalt, 50mm thickness

“Tender for Kekuli Bay Provincial Park – Water and Road Upgrades” WILL BE RECEIVED UNTIL 2:00 PM local time, February 24th, 2026, electronically as the submission requirements to the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, BC Parks Kootenay/Okanagan Region.
A mandatory site meeting will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, February 10th, 2026 on-site at Kekuli Bay Provincial Park. Attendance of this meeting for its entirety is Mandatory for all bidders.
