Description
The District of West Vancouver (the District) owns a residential house at 1448 Argyle Avenue that the District intends to remove from the site either by way of demolition or selecting an interested group to salvage and relocate the house to another site. To support the District's sustainability initiative, the District's preference is to have an interested proponent salvage the house. As such, the District is inviting submissions of an Expression of Interest (EOI) for proponents that are willing to purchase and remove the house at a price of $1 or more.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) is being issued electronically on the BC Bid website (bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the EOI document directly from this website under 'Documents'.
It is the responsibility of the Respondent to check this website for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date.
