    Description
    The Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in Appendix ‘A’ to this RFP (the “Services”) with respect to the Cedar and Spruce Linac Replacement and Vault and Control Room Renovation (the “Project”).

    More information about the Project and the Services is set out in Appendix ‘A’.

    Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects > $150K are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for Acute Care Projects > $150k.

    Proponents proposing to use Sub-Consultants for the following disciplines should use firms that are included on the Authority’s pre-qualified list of engineers (pre-qualified for any fee category): • mechanical; • electrical; • structural;

    Site Visit: The Authority has made arrangements for site visits for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals. Attendance at the site visits is optional but highly encouraged. The date and time of site visit is as noted below:
