    Description
FII’s programming focuses on two significant market trends—the growing recognition of wood products as renewable and sustainable, and increasing consumer demand for forest products that are produced in an environmentally responsible manner.

With these factors in mind, FII aims to articulate the benefits of wood as a sustainable, renewable building material that can help tackle climate change, as well as B.C.’s forest management and environmental practices and record in relation to other forest jurisdictions around the world.

FII’s efforts in this area are developed and delivered through the Market Outreach program and the naturally:wood brand and digital channels, through which we provide factual, consistent and credible information about the environmental benefits of B.C.’s forest products and the sustainable practices that underlie their production. FII produces a wide range of digital marketing and communications material for target audiences including architects, engineers, designers, building code consultants, construction professionals, real-estate developers, forest companies and their customers, academics and international delegations.
