    Description
    The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the Owner) invites tenders for ITT-034-24, Upper Highlands Culvert Rehabilitation.

    This tender includes work at two (2) sites:
    • 4756 Ranger Avenue - Culvert replacement; and
    • 5154 Ranger Avenue - Culvert inlet upgrades.
    The scope of the works generally involves the following items, however needs will vary across sites:
     
    - Mobilization, demobilization, traffic management and quality management
    - Environmental management, tree protection and preservation, and arborist oversight while trenching near trees;
    - Protection of private property fencing, retaining walls, and vegetation;
    - Install and maintain creek bypass and erosion and sediment control measures;
    - Removal and disposal, protection, and/or installation of culvert headwall(s);
    - Removal and disposal of existing concrete and wood stave culvert(s);
    - Supply and install 22m of 1050mm concrete culvert pipe via open cut;
    - Installation of lock block headwall; and
    - Installation of cast in place culvert inlet manhole structure incl. plastic manhole pipe.
