Supply and Install of Synthetic Turf Infrastructure and Washrooms at Handsworth Secondary School

The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the Owner) invites tenders for ITT-049-25, Supply and Installation of Synthetic Turf Field at Handsworth Secondary SchoolThe scope of the works involves generally the following:

The Contractor will be required to complete items of Work detailed in the contract and drawings and specifications within the plot area bounded by Edgewood Rd. to the south, McKay Creek to the east (within the environmental fencing on the school side), Handsworth Secondary School to the north and the school parking lot to the west, in the District of North Vancouver at Handsworth Secondary School, as directed by the Contract Administrator.  This Work will consist of all works for the supply and installation of an artificial turf field (Turf Supply and Installation by Others), washrooms and various associated amenities such as, but not limited to, assorted supply of material and construction ranging from demolition, removals, site preparation, earthworks, providing site security, fencing and access during construction, supply and placement of granular materials, asphalt and concrete works, stairs and handrails, sidewalk, drainage work, sanitary sewers, water works, landscaping and planting, electrical works including field lighting, fencing, players shelters, sports field equipment, site furnishings and installation, coordination with the artificial turf contractor,, environmental and sedimentation control infrastructure and monitoring, site survey and preparing as-constructed drawings and operations and maintenance manuals, and other infrastructure construction.
