MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:
Date: January 10th, 2024
Time: 12:30 p.m. PST
Location of Site Meeting: Front entrance of Vermilion Court, 72 Fenchurch Ave, Princeton
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes mechanical and electrical upgrade and as further set out at Appendices:

Your submission MUST be submitted using the following method:
