    The Owner invites tenders for:
    The Work, which is described in the Tender Documents and is to be performed in accordance with all the requirements contained in the Tender Document, is generally described as follows:
      Renewal of Veterans Park located at Shaughnessy St. and McAllister Ave. in the City of Port Coquitlam. The works consist of;
    • Removal and disposal of existing hardscape and softscape elements of the park
    • Site grading
    • Supply and installation of;
      • Drainage improvements
      • Relocation of the existing Cenotaph monument
      • New precast concrete plaza paving and other hardscape elements
      • New trees, shrubs and sod law
      • New irrigation
      • New site furniture
      • New site lighting

    This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website (http://www.new.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly. No registration, tracking or other recording of tender document holders will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, amendments or further information will be published on the BC Bid website. It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the website regularly to check for updates.

    The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition.
