Description
In that regard, the NVRC invites Tenders from qualified Contractors for the roof replacement and gutter membrane repair at Parkgate Community Recreation Centre, located in the District of North Vancouver.
There are two distinct phases for the completion of this work.
Phase 1: Removal of existing and reinstallation of new flat roofing materials in 3 specific areas, totalling approximately 1,713 square feet of the main building roof, as detailed herein and in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings included with this Invitation to Tender (ITT). A fixed price quote is requested for this work.
Phase 2: Repair of approximately 75 square feet of gutter membrane to be completed on a time and materials basis. The full extent of this work will not be known until an investigation is conducted and demolition has started.
It is our intention to award both phases of work to the same bidder.
The terms and conditions contained in this ITT, and the Bidder’s completed Tender Forms, will become part of the Contract Documents between the NVRC and the Successful Bidder.
