    Description
    The North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission (the “NVRC”) operates several recreation centres and the Centennial Theatre in North Vancouver on behalf of the District of North Vancouver and the City of North Vancouver. 
    In that regard, the NVRC requires a Contractor to replace the chiller and coil at the Centennial Theatre, a facility owned by the City of North Vancouver, all as detailed herein and in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings included with this Invitation to Tender (ITT).
    This ITT is being issued to the following 7 pre-qualified contractors of the District of North Vancouver and the City of North Vancouver:
    • Davidson Bros Mechanical Contractors Ltd.
    • Black and McDonald
    • Modern Niagara
    • Ainsworth Inc.
    • Division 15 Mechanical Ltd.
    • Custom Air Conditioning
    • Just Mechanical Ltd.

    Only the above listed contractors will be eligible to submit a bid in response to this ITT.  Any bid submitted to NVRC directly by any other contractors will be rejected and not considered.  Contractors and/or material suppliers interested in this project are encouraged to contact the above listed contractors for their consideration as a sub-contractor and/or material supplier on this project.
    The terms and conditions contained in this ITT, and the Bidder’s completed Tender Forms, will become part of the Contract Documents between the NVRC and the Successful Bidder.
    The purpose of this ITT is to provide an opportunity for prequalified Contractors to submit an Offer for the Work of this ITT as detailed herein.
