Description
The North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission (the “NVRC”) operates several recreation centres in North Vancouver on behalf of the District of North Vancouver and the City of North Vancouver.
In that regard, the NVRC requires a Contractor to upgrade the Arena Refrigeration Plant at Karen Magnussen Community Recreation Centre, a facility owned by the District of North Vancouver, all as detailed herein and in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings included with this Invitation to Tender (ITT).
This ITT is being issued to the following 2 pre-qualified contractors:
- Cimco Refrigeration
- Fraser Valley Refrigeration Ltd.
The terms and conditions contained in this ITT, and the Bidder’s completed Tender Forms, will become part of the Contract Documents between the NVRC and the Successful Bidder.
The purpose of this ITT is to provide an opportunity for prequalified Contractors to submit an Offer for the Work of this ITT as detailed herein.
