MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:
Date: Wednesday, September 13th, 2023
Time: 11:00am PST
Location of Site Meeting: 8243 152 Street, Surrey BC
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes replacing the roof as further set out at Appendices: Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings
Your submission MUST be submitted using either of the following methods:
a. Email
Proposals can be submitted via email to the BC Housing Contact Person identified at section 1.1 within this ITT. Proposals submitted via email should include the ITT# in the subject line of the email.
