This ITT is an invitational solicitation run via one of BC Housing’s region-specific prequalified rosters for Prime Contractors. This second stage ITT has been posted publicly to enable Subcontractors and/or Trades who are interested in participating in the project to connect with the invited prequalified Bidders listed below. Only the invited, prequalified Bidders listed below may participate in the bidding process and attend the mandatory site visit.

MANDATORY ON-SITE INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:
Date: Monday, November 27th, 2023
Time: 10:00am PST
Location of Site Meeting: Front of Building A. Address: 1949 LaForme Blvd, Revelstoke

Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.

A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.

All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.

Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

Brief Description of Work
The work includes Interior renovations of 11 units, common laundry relocation, a bathroom and shower renovation, and the replacement of make up air units and as further set out at Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings, Appendix G – Pinchin Hazardous Material Assessment
Mandatory deadlines to be met:
  • Construction Mobilization must happen before January 31st 2024
  • Substantial completion must be achieved by March 31st 2024
