MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:

Location of Site Meeting: 2402 S Main Street, Penticton BC
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes Cooling Upgrades and as further set out at Appendices:
- Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings
- Appendix G – Hazmat Report (will submitted at a later date as an addendum)
The Air handler AH-1 is a Trane built-up unit paired with a Lennox Condensing unit (CU-1). Both were installed in 1994. Air handler AH-2 is a packaged MagicAire unit paired with a Goodman condensing unit (CU-2). AH-2 was installed in 1994, while CU-2 was installed circa 2008. Units has reached the end of its service life and should be replaced.
