Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes Elevator Modernization and as further set out at Appendices:
Elevator modernization of one (1) traction elevator. Please refer to: 3360 W. Broadway St, BC General Specifications Section 14000 Job#: 203920 by Solucore Inc., dated June 15, 2023 Section 1.4 Scope for details.
Your submission MUST be submitted using the following method:
