Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
Cypress Walk consists of 32 townhouse apartment suites distributed on three residential buildings, and one single storey common area building, all located over an underground parking lot. The property is not gated and is directly accessible from sidewalks. Currently one (1) vacant residential suite is available for construction swing space purposes.
The work includes building system modifications and retrofits within an existing occupied residential building and as further set out at Appendices:
