MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:
Date: Tuesday, May 21, 2024
Time: 11:00am (PST)
Location of Site Meeting: Fraser Inn 1616 Queensway, Prince George.
Subcontractor Attendance is Optional.
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The project scope of work consists of the following:
- Replace existing concrete sidewalk, foundation and footings at key locations as shown on the specifications and drawings.
- Replace existing canopy wood structure and deck including beam and columns.
- New stairs construction
- New handrail and guard rails
- Modification to the existing roof
- Interior renovation to the office space
Expected mobilization date: 1 weeks after Notice to Proceed
Contractor to provide a detailed construction schedule with start and completion dates.
**Contractor to obtain Substantial Completion 16 weeks after the Notice to Proceed Letter is issued**
