MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:
Date: Thursday, January 29, 2026
Time: 1:00 pm
Location of Site Meeting: 1025 Granville St. Vancouver
Subcontractor Attendance is Optional.
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work consists of upgrading the fire alarm system as further set out at Appendices:
Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings
Work consists of upgrading the existing fire alarm system. This includes a new fire panel and detectors throughout the building.
Work to begin in March 2026 and complete by September 2026.
Contractor to mobilize 2 weeks after notice of award.
