Deadline for Questions: November 27, 2025 @ 10:00 am PT. Questions submitted after this deadline may not receive a response.
Deadline for Issuing Addenda: December 02, 2025 @ 2:00 PT

MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend an information meeting on the specified date and time below:

Location of Site Meeting: 1871 Harrison Avenue, Masset, BC
Subcontractor Attendance is Optional.
Please note that this will be the only site meeting available. Contractors are recommended to invite their subs as there will be no other access to this site.
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes remediation of flood damaged building components and as further set out at Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, flooring replacement, millwork replacement, drywall replacement and painting, plumbing fixtures replacement and lighting replacement.
Work should begin in January 2026 and be completed by March 31, 2026
