MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING

Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes Roof Replacement and as further set out at Appendices:Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings
Located in Dawson Creek, BC, Southview is a three-storey, wood-frame apartment building constructed in 2002 with pitched roofs and asphalt shingles. The project primarily includes the replacement of the existing roofing systems and the related components, as outlined in the project specifications and drawings. All work must be completed in accordance with applicable codes, and a 10-year RCABC RoofStar Guarantee is required.
