Description
The City invites Bids from Respondents who have previously been qualified by the City through PVP 2024-004 to participate in a Bonus Bid – Scale Based Timber sale within Tree Farm License 26, as further described in Schedule A. Timber sale Cut Blocks include: RO42, RO44, and RO45, located off the Rockwell road network. This sale does not require logging road construction. The selected Buyer shall be solely responsible for performing all Work described in Schedule A, including without limitation harvesting the standing timber and maintenance of logging roads as necessary, such Work to be completed before December 31, 2024.
