Description
Chancellor Blvd. Watermain Replacement project. The Works primarily include the supply and installation of approximately 200m of Ø150mm PVC watermain and 10m of Ø250mm PVC watermain. Watermain service connections, appurtenances (including hydrants), and tie-ins are included in the Works. The Works also include the installation of two catch basins tied into manhole DMH 709 including approximately 25m of Ø150mm DR35 PVC catch basin lead.
West 7th Ave Watermain Replacement project. The Works primarily include the supply and installation of approximately 165m of Ø200mm PVC watermain. Watermain service connections, appurtenances (including hydrants), and tie-ins are included.
Paving Program project. The Works consist of the milling and overlay of approximately 1900 square meters of existing roadway along Chancellor Blvd from Blanca Street to Drummond Drive (Area 1) and 1930 square meters along College Highroad from Wesbrook Crescent to Allison Road (Area 2) and trench restoration and asphalt restoration following watermain installation. Full depth reclamation has been included as Optional Works as has cold milling should localized areas require base repairs. Existing asphalt is to be milled and overlayed with new asphalt. Curb and gutter replacement extents will be reviewed in field at time of construction
Paving Program project – provisional items. The Works provisionally consist of the milling and overlay of 2030 square meters of existing roadway along College Highroad from Adelaide Road to Drummond Drive (Area 3). Primary intent is to mill and overlay, although full depth reclamation or full depth milling with base repair may be required upon inspection of existing road base. Area 3 consists of approximately 75m of curb and gutter which may require replacement and is to be considered a provisional item as part of the Work.
