Description
IWS 2025-085” will be received by the Gord Dimock, Purchaser, Integrated Water Services, of the Capital
Regional District at their offices at 479 Island Highway, Victoria, British Columbia or via email to
PurchaserIWS@crd.bc.ca up to 2:00 pm local time on August 13, 2026, at which time they will be opened
“in private”.
The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include, but is not limited to, the following:
• Crack and joint repairs above and below the water level on the upstream face of the spillway by
polyurethane injection – Section 03 64 00
• Concrete repairs above and below the water level on the upstream face - Section 03 93 00
• Provision of a Site Specific Safety Plan, to be approved by the CRD and Consultant
• Provision of a Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP), to be approved by the CRD
and Consultant as referenced in the WSP Environmental Management Plan.
Proponents may be awarded follow-on work without a competition.
