Description
The Capital Regional District (CRD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide hydrometric and weather station services within the Greater Victoria Water Supply Area (GVWSA). These services support the CRD’s Watershed Hydrology program, which operates and maintains a network of 35 stations that provide critical data for effective reservoir management, watershed condition assessments, and long-term planning.

The successful proponent(s) will support the collection, maintenance, installation, validation, and reporting of high-quality climate, snow and surface water data across the GVWSA. Work may include stream discharge measurements, station installation and upgrades, sensor maintenance and calibration, data downloads, and reporting, all completed in accordance with applicable standards.
