RFP K044-00 FHA IHART Surrey Relocation TI

1 Fraser Health Authority (the “Authority”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in “Appendix A” to this RFP (the “Services”) with respect to the FHA IHART Surrey Relocation TI (the “Project”).

The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project.

2 Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects > Greater than 1M or Non-Acute Care Projects > Greater than 1M are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for Acute Care Projects > Greater than 1M or Non-Acute Care Projects > Greater than 1M .

Proponents proposing to use Sub-Consultants for the following disciplines should use firms that are included on the Authority’s pre-qualified list of engineers (pre-qualified for any fee category):
• Mechanical;
• Electrical;
• Structural;
• Acoustical

3 The Authority has made arrangements for site visits for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals. Attendance at the site visits is optional but highly encouraged.
