Description
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for Eagle Ridge Hospital and the Removal of select sections of existing roof.  Installation of new liquid applied re-enforced Protected Roof Membrane Assembly as per specifications along with all associated roof flashings and sheet metal flashings and trim. 
All work done to provide a 5-year RCABC warranty.
Anticipated start date is September 14, 2026, with an anticipated  ready-for-takeover date of November 30, 2026.
