Description
BC Wildfire Service (“BCWS”) has a fire base located at 7390 Duncan Street, Powell River, BC V8A 1W7. Due to a recent increase in staffing levels over the past couple of years, the current space configuration at the Powell River Fire Base no longer meets the needs of the zone. A new lease and the installation of a triple wide modular structure was to accommodate the additional staff in an effective space configuration. The purpose of this contract is for the supply, installation, and establishment of complete landscape works at the Powell River Fire Base, including site preparation, hardscape, softscape, fencing, site furnishings, and one-year plant warranty, all in accordance with the approved landscape drawings and Canadian Landscape Standard.
