Description
The Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) oversees the operation of the Greater Vernon Trails & Natural Spaces and the Electoral Area B&C Parks in the Greater Vernon Area. The Daily Locking & Unlocking of parking lot gates ensures the parks and trails are accessible for the public during day light hours, while keeping the parking lots safe during hours of darkness. The RDNO is requesting that the successful proponent be willing to provide the services for a five (5) year period. Beginning with a one (1) year term with a provision of two (2) additional two (2) year extensions, or earlier as per termination provisions to be included in the Agreement.
