Description
The Supplier is tasked with developing a software-based Court Fees and Fines Management System (CFFMS) to modernize the Court Services Branch’s (CSB) existing Accounts Receivable and Collection (ARC) system. As work has progressed, a more in-depth comprehension of the technical specifications has been attained. It has become evident that the necessary hours for Integration, Data Migration, and On-Demand Services exceed initial projections. This unforeseen development is a natural progression of the project as the technical elements have been elaborated and refined. The original RFP (ON-11209) did not guarantee the exact nature, timing, volume, or values of the On-Demand Services required and CSB is now considering raising the potential budget to $4 million.
