Notice is hereby given by British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) of its intent to direct award a contract to TK Elevator (Canada) for the supply of Elevator Repairs for 3030 Gordon, Ave., Coquitlam, BC. The goods/services required are emergency repairs due to a fire at 3030 Gordon Ave., Coquitlam, BC to be completed by December 31, 2023 with a value of $209,945.13.
