    Description
    Notice is hereby given, the City of Port Moody (the City) is a member of Sourcewell  and is eligible to procure through the cooperative contracts that are administered by Sourcewell.

    Sourcewell’s cooperative contract purchasing leverages the national purchasing power of more than 50,000 member agencies while also streamlining the required purchasing process. As a municipal national contracting agency, Sourcewell establishes and provides nationally leveraged and competitively solicited purchasing contracts under the guidance of the Uniform Municipal Contracting Law. Joint Powers laws enable members to legally purchase through the awarded contracts.

    The City of Port Moody intends to utilize the New Holland - Agriculture Sourcewell Contract for one (1) 2023 New Holland PS 90 4x4 Tractor c/w: 30 kmph Transmission, All Weather Cab with A/C & Heat, Self-levelling loader – 84” Bucket 3rd function available, including Beacon, Back-up Alarm and Complete set Turf Tires and Wheels Diamond Tread, under Sourcewell Canada Contract #110719-CNH-2.

    The final estimated purchase price is $105,323.00 CAD, subject to confirmation of order acceptance and best pricing available at time of order.
