Notice is hereby given by the City of Coquitlam (“City”) of its intent to contract with Smartsheet for the period ending for the following service:
    Smartsheet Enterprise Project Tracking Software Subscription Renewal with an anticipated total value of $62,453.00 plus tax.
The City of Coquitlam has chosen not to call for vendor proposals for the following reasons:The vendor has specific knowledge and demonstrated experience of the proprietary software; Manufacturer’s warranty may be void if serviced by unapproved vendors; The impact of introducing a new software and support provider would affect cost and resources.Vendors able to provide the same product and services are to submit information and rationale in writing, quoting the NOI number and name sent to email: bid@coquitlam.ca
