Description
The Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) hereby gives notice that it intends to extend the services for a customized off the shelf (COTS) International Registry Plan (IRP) solution with the following supplier:

3V Imagesoft (CAN) B.C. Ltd
1133 Melville Street
Suite 3500, The Stack
Vancouver, BC V6E 4E5.

ICBC intends to extend the contract term for one year starting from December 16, 2026 to December 15, 2027. ICBC intends to post a public procurement solicitation for the same services approximately November 2026.  The value of this contract is estimated to be $500,000 plus applicable taxes.
