Description
ICBC currently uses Axure for the creation, validation, and delivery of digital design artifacts across corporate initiatives, including wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes. ICBC previously issued NRFP 8063 – UX Wireframe in April 2026 to identify a replacement solution; however, no submissions were received. To ensure continuity of service while ICBC prepares and conducts a new competitive procurement process, ICBC intends to proceed with an interim direct award to Axure Software Solutions, Inc. for UX design and prototyping software and related services. The anticipated contract term is 18 months, starting on July 29, 2026, with an estimated contract value of $8,235 USD. ICBC plans to initiate a new competitive procurement process for similar services within the next year
